Application Marketing Manager

Full-time internship on-site | Breda, The Netherlands

Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the game's visibility and reach
Manage and create content for social media platforms (Website, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Coordinate announcements, devlogs, and behind-the-scenes content with the development team
Plan and manage community engagement initiatives (polls, Q&As, giveaways, Discord activity)
Prepare marketing assets in collaboration with artists (trailers, screenshots, key art)
Track campaign performance and consumer sentiment using basic analytics tools

Good understanding of modern gaming culture, communities, and marketing trends
Ability to write clearly and creatively for a public audience (posts, press releases, taglines)
Comfortable working with visual content software editors
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines and deliverables
Excellent communication and collaboration with a small, cross-functional team

Experience running social accounts for a brand, studio, or personal project
Familiarity with platforms like steam, itch.io, and how marketing ties into game launch timelines
Interest or experience in content creator/influencer outreach
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or community management tools

Passionate about playing games
