What you will work on
Maintain and create clean, scalable Blueprints or C++ code
Implement and maintain gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5
Polish and iteration of gameplay systems based on feedback and testing
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and gameplay inconsistencies
Participate in reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback on team contributions
Create pipelines and documentation for the team
What we are looking for
Experience with C++ in Unreal Engine 5
Understanding of behavior/state trees for AI logic
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Comfortable following pipelines and working within established systems
Able to collaborate effectively across disciplines with clear communication
Passionate about playing and making games

Familiarity with- or Hands-on experience with Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
Familiarity with animation systems within Unreal Engine 5
Familiarity with UI/UX within Unreal Engine 5 (UMG)
Experience with profiling and optimizing performance in UE5
Experience with or interest in roguelite systems, progression loops, systems-driven games and/or advanced vehicle systems
Completed or shipped personal/team game projects
